About BMA
Bolton Malayalee Association is a cultural organization for the purpose of promoting and maintaining the rich traditions and prosperous heritage of kerala. The BMA was officially inaugurated as an organization on 9th September 2006 by the Mayor of Bolton, Councillor Walter Hall before a record gathering of around 200 members and guests of the Association at the Farnworth Cricket Club. The Mayoress of Bolton and Ms Christine Cross, Support Worker from Bolton Voluntary Service were also present to grace the occasion.
Bolton Malayalee Association gives the opportunity to endorse arts and cultural ability of its members by conducting different arts, cultural and sports programs. It aims to reduce the stress and improve the quality of life by organizing family get togethers, family outings. It also celebrating the kerala's own festivals in a traditional way to bear in mind the sweet memories of our native land.
